Original Needlepoint Design by Sheilah Anne Oscher
|

Sheilah is a nationally known ecclesiastical artist. She has designed needlepoint since 1970. Her work can be found in more than 30 churches, including St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church, All Saints Episcopal Church, First United Methodist Church, Temple Beth-El, Children's Medical Center of Ft. Worth, and Austin Presbyterian Seminary. Click here for information and designs for your place of worship. Sheilah's designs are reminiscent of old English tapestries. Each are painted in rich colors and jewel tones of azure blues, buttery yellows, cinnabar and terra-cotta with leafy greens and golds that shade into bronze. Crosses, crowns, and spiritual symbols stitch into beautiful keepsakes and loving gifts, along with floral gardens, wedding pillows, and Christmas socks. Posh pups gaze regally through filigree or sit among sweet floral backgrounds. Every breed is available. All designs are hand painted on either 14 or 18 holes to the inch zweigart mono canvas; your choice. For an additional charge of 25% your canvas will be threaded with Paternayan Persian yarn in your choice of colors. Custom orders are always welcome. Please call or e-mail for more information. Most items are shipped within two weeks. Payment is due with your order. |
